Guest crimminsky Posted May 4, 2004 Report Posted May 4, 2004 Hi all, I'm having some major problems getting my damaged phone replaced under Orange care at the mo and I am trying to go through the right channels of complaint, but no manager or supervisor will call me back (even though they say they will!!) Has anyone got any helpful CE contact numbers that they could PM to me, or any helpful numbers at all. Any help would be nuch appreciated. cheers Crimminsky

I managed to get a number and an email address for the executive office (who weren't very happy that i'd phoned them direct) but they are dealing with my claim at the momement. Hopefully with cheerier results.
