Does anyone else get this on their E100?

I have a couple of friends on T-Mobile who try to send me a MMS.

I get the MMS alert and go to open it - except that the screen can't get past 'message downloading' or 'downloading failed'.

So I delete the message - but then around 4 hours later, I get a new MMS alert - but it's the same message trying to get through. This goes on for about 4-5 days.

No-one in Orange - from CS to data services - has a bastard clue. Any ideas?
