NEED HELP!!PLEASE!

just received the phone...SPV from 1rst generation.well, while doing an update version 1.35 or 1.50 it crashed when erasing at 50% ...well since then I tried what you sugest , taking the baterie put it in cradle and from canary screen re install the update, but it always stays at the cheking information from your spv menu ....i tried to reset but the reset menu does not show ...Please HELP!!!!Thanks

Welcome to the site :D

Start the phone in the canary screen and connect it to your PC.

Reboot your PC and disable any firewalls you may have.

Now re-run the update, it should now install.
