I can't turn on my mio 8380

sorry my english is very poor.

I use the Xda2 charger with Mio 8380.

Now my phone can charging the battery & show red light.

But can't turn on.

Please tell me how to turn on the phone.

The same thing happened to my phone recently. Twice.... I would power on... and the phone would start up.... and then shut off...Don't know if this is what made it work.. I allowed the battery time to charge a bit. I powered the phone up and IMMEDIATELY closed the phone... not giving the phone time to turn the screen on.... then allowed a couple of hours for the phone to charge while "on" (every time I powered on with the phone open, it shut off). The second time... I had to hold down the power button, which I guess... somewhat reboots the phone. (which I did not know).
