SPV E200 SIM unlock

Hi I have an Orange Smartphone E200, but now moved to a different country and need to do a SIM unlock on it so I can continue using the handset.

I have tried the file e200Unlock2.exe - but it fails and says that my device is not E200.

Also I have tried the unlock file SPVUnlock2.exe but that also fails. It tries to unlock with 3 different passwords which all fail, and then says "Unknown bootloader password - run with C:SPVunlock2.exe password.

If anyone has any advice on what I need to do to unlock this phone I'd be really grateful! I am of course running it in the red/green/blue bootloader voyager screen first.
