Installing other languages - is it possible?

Hi chaps and chapesses!

I was wondering if anyone knows whether it is possible to install additional language packs to an SPV E200.

I notice there are a number of language options available but not in the language I want - I.E. Russian/Ukrainian.

Any ideas?

i've not seen any other language packages you can install?

theo nly thing that could make it possible is for a russian operator to release a smartphone and then install that rom... :)
