Currently having a prob. sending e-mail through GPRS connection of Smart telecom phils.

they are probably blocking all outgoing mails.

I don't think the problem is with Smart Communication. It's the SMTP server you use for your outgoing mail. Most SMTP server are configure to block all unautheticated mail for security reason, to avoid spam. If you could ask Smart Communication what is the IP address used by your phone and ask your system administrator to add this IP address to your SMTP server so that your mail can pass through.
