My SPV E200 has gone mad!

:shock: My smartphone is starting to lose its mind. When im typing an sms, i get a random number of letters per button press. I.e. one press on the 4 key gives me highighighighigigigigig.. etc! I get the same problem when deleting, a signle press on the clear key deletes the whole message! As u can imagine its becoming very annoying! :roll: Any idea, comments and/or suggestins greatly appriciated,

Similar thing has happened to me and it seems to be becoming quite common now :evil:

It does eventually sort itself out and is most likely caused by dirt or moisture although somewhere here someone has got Orange to admit it's a known software glitch.

You could send it off for repair but I don't reckon it's worth the hassle

Yeah, I had the same problem with the "ghi" key... my down key also stopped working so in the end I got a replacement and fingers crossed no probs with this one! At least I can now back out of rooms in Doom;-)
