Registry Editor for smartphone 2003

Hi, just wondering is there any registry editor out there for MS Smartphone 2003? I found only for the 2002 version.. :cry:

This works ok on 2003 but crashes when you try searching through the registry.

Thanks alot! After installation it crashed several times while doing search, I have to take out the battery and put in back in, will this corrupt my system files? It couldn't perform backup as well, any idea?

Secondly, is there any good txt file reader/editor out there? Tried orneta notepad, what a mess and I can't uninstall it :x . I can't read txt file except using iexplorer.

Mine's crashed a few times with no bad side effects as of yet, don't think PHM has ever been able to perform import / export on the smartphone port.

I use PocketNotepad by Tillansoft with no problem (install tGetFile.dll to phone memory first!)

Perhaps we should encourage Resco and Smartsoftware to add a Registry Editor Functionality to their Explorers ?!

Philippe Majerus did a pretty good job (and his Registry Editor - still - is the only one for the Smartphone OS and it's free !) but he is just an amateur programmer (or if not so contributed this software "as is"), whereas the above mentioned two are enterprises.

Strange...

The Resco Explorer for PocketPC platform has a RegEditor included, the Smartphone edition has not...

The original version of Resco Explorer has an option to show your registry, but I think they took it out in newer releases, and reduced the price :?

The good news is that with the original version, lots of functions including registry editing, still work without buying it, and running it on the "14 day trial" 8)
