Is it possible for the E200 to have a 8 way joystick

Is it possible for the E200 to have a 8 way joystick and is it a software issue of a hardware issue. Cus playing games on PicoDrive aren't much fun without the 8 way. Was it true that the old SPV's has 8 way?

Anyone know when there might be another update. Lol i'm sure we'll be waiting months.

Don't think it's possible to make it 8 way as HTC deliberately made it 4-way (god knows why) :)

And yes, the SPV and SPV E100 both have 8 way joysticks, so HTC have taken a step backwards in terms of gaming quality... :lol:

what i always wondered tho is - if the joystick is pushed diagonally does it in fact push down both microswitches, i.e up-left diagonal would push those 2 switches, well if this is so... could a program be written to interpret up+left as up-left diagonal? or is there a software limit that only reads one press at a time? :roll:
