Guest RobPowell Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 hi guys okay I have an mpx200, and it only recognises .wmv files. What's the best way to convert my .avi and .mpg so I can play them on my phone? Also is there any patch I can use to be able to play .mp3 files?? Can't play those either :)
Guest Eff-Gen Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 I think you don't need to convert files to wmv. Just install BetaPlayer for .avi - rulezz programm! Or something like this for another..
Guest RobPowell Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 ohh, does that betaplayer play mpg's also?
Guest martin Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 Check this out - ClintEastmans MPX200 VDUB settings:D http://www.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?t=1028...2899&highlight= (click Trailer and VDUB links atr bottom of first post) If you want an MPEG1 player you can use PocketTV www.pocketTV.com which also contains help and support. Great site for MPEG movies http://www.pocketmovies.net/
Guest RobPowell Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 so I need one for avi and one for mpg? Is there one for both? :)
Guest martin Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 Not yet  I think the author of betaplayer (which is in beta testing) mentioned that he MIGHT include mpeg at a later date. Would be cool :) Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest RobPowell Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 surely anything that can play .mpg .avi .wmv files would be #1 within a short time (assuming it worked well) to save people having several players? ARRRGHHH :)
Guest Eff-Gen Posted May 13, 2004 Report Posted May 13, 2004 Yep, It's will be good, but I can't find this yet...
