i want to buy an spv e100 from uk locked and bring it to israel can i unlock it without a working sim card

this is what the guy sais in the auction

does that mean it comes with the connection to the pc

is the "charger" = the charger usb pc connector

Yes, Smartphone 2002 can be unlocked using SPVUnlock2 without an Orange SIM card.

The 'charger' is most likely just that *NOT* a cradle. It's not the end of the world to have it without as you can pick up a charge and sync cable on eBay for next to nothing, or even sync via IR if you have that on your PC.
