You need a non Orange sim to unlock the phone so you will be fine if you get this phone.

yep, you use the unlock software and then when you get the code

stick the non-orange sim in the phone and it will be unlocked to use that sim :)

You can only SIM unlock after you have put a non Orange SIM in the phone.
