Guest mangilim Posted May 13, 2004 Report Posted May 13, 2004 Hi all, I have the MPX200 and was able to sync up with my Exchange Server for awhile. Then it just suddenly stopped. I am unable to surf the Internet either. I went through the AT&T Advanced Tech Support but they couldn't figure it out either. What's weird is that a guy in my building has the same phone and was syncing up with his company's server and it stopped too. He has coworkers that DO NOT have our problem. I'm convinced its either a settings issue but ATT ATS think its the phone. The tech mentioned there was a similar problem in our area (Wash. DC) where subscribers were not able to go into MMODE. Has anyone in the same area experienced this. Its frustrating not getting your mail while you're on the road. Need help!
Guest HKBoySiR Posted May 14, 2004 Report Posted May 14, 2004 Yes I am in Seattle, WA and encountering the same problem as well. I can't sync with my Exchange Server OTA, but can still browse the web. Somewhat baffled. :?:

Guest mangilim Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 Just an update. My earlier problem was that it BOTH did not sync up and allow me to browse the web. I was able to both these things before. Now the sync fails and I get a "Page not Found" whenever I browse. Funny thing is, I was in Orlando this weekend, lo and behold, I was able to do BOTH. Got my email and was able to get Lakers updates. Something's fishy in AT&T land
