OK, for the second time in 3 months my SPV E100 has seized up while using the PocketTV application. I've taken the SD Card, SIM and battery out and left it overnight and tried to re-boot but still can't get past the Orange screen.

I can get the canary screen so I also tried to run an Orange update which someone on another thread suggested could work - the program starts but gets stuck immediately trying to read data from the phone.

Has anyone had similar problems with PocketTV? And having called Hays Technology Repairs who fixed it last time does anyone know who deals with warranty repairs now? Because apparently they don't anymore and the number they gave me for the company that does doesn't work from Spain. Cheers.

If you get stuck on the sunset screen all you need to do is

Hard Reset to restore the phone.

Even though i do not use Pocket TV anymore as I prefer PocketMVP I would be surprised if Pocket TV was the actual

cause for your problem.
