answerphone / voicemail icon on O2

Does anyone know how to, if possible, switch on the voicemail icon on a e100 spv on the O2 network?

That is an automated service controlled by the network.

I am on 02 and everytime i have needed to switch the voicemail on i called 1750, and to turn it off i called 1760. this should work on any 02 sim card.

He means the liitle o_o icon.

It doesn't work on O2 - they don't have that feature on their network. Same on my Nokia 6600. Seems a bit silly, it's sooo much better than getting a text saying "You have 1 voicemail" which just clutters your Inbox.

i ment the 1750 number thing works for me, not used that before

i also meant the 1750 number worked, not the little icon, personally i prefer the text message i get sent but still. personal opinion.

i dont like o2 texts but the call back can be cool, its a little to frequent atm for my liking

i found it was a bit frequent too, so i just turned it off. its tough if people want to get hold of me. saves me paying to listen to my messages.
