Internet access through ActiveSync

I am having trouble accessing the internet through ActiveSync 3.7.1 using an AT&T MPx200 SmartPhone. Everything works fine thru cell provider, but not using passthourgh.

I have tried every possible "data connection" setting, and ActiveSync is set in partner mode to allow access to all network services (status: network available).

Does anyone have any ideas?

do you run any firewalls/ zone alarm? try disabling them.

I think the problem is in the ActiveSync. I began to notice that about every third attempt worked fine - disconnecting and reconnecting the phone allows the connection to work for a while. I think I can live with it though.

Yes I have disabled firewalls & anti-virus.
