Where can i get orange simple layout

I use Xphone. When i used E200 rom, it had Orange layout with some icon on top and small often-use icon on bottom left.

Now i use Qtek 1.7 rom and still want to use that Orange layout.

You guys can tell me how???

That is the orange homescreen, but you would need to use the Orange Plugin too,

and i'm not sure if you can do that...?

And not sure what the rules are on redistributing the orange homescreen :)
