Rom image editor?

Hi i wonder if there is an rom image editor for the smartphone rom image updates....

This would be cool , since i just want some ringtones gone (not for the space but purely the fact that they are useless and only glock up my list)

and that PURELY UTHERLY ANOYING windows media movie file WHICH ANOYES the hell out of me since it just runs when i put my playlist in random :evil: :evil:

and the pictures i dislike which are stupid .....

also i don't want several apps like the orange programs which hardly work on the dutch spvE200 (no updates whatsoever to download so why bother with the app)..

And so on and so on and so on

, some pre installed stuff would be a thing i want too

so is there a rom editor out there? :)

Seriously though there is not a rom editor as such unless you are good at hacking the rom it's self.
