Hi,

I keep getting this error on my new E200 (only had it a day!)

Error

Unable to connect.  Verify

your Dial-up or proxy 

settings are correct, and try

again.

Can anyone help me please?

i'll move this to help and advice, but it is either incorrect settings in the data connection, or you simply have poor gprs coverage.

settings/(next page)/data connections and select orangegprs

Actually 156 are VERY good at talking you through this!

Sorry for posting to the wrong place.

I phoned 156 (yes they are very good). It turned out it was an activesync problem. I had set up my phone to try and active sync remotely automatically.

ActiveSync->Menu->Options->PC Settings.

I unchecked the "Use mobile schedule to sync with this PC" option and it stopped happening.

Just for future reference for everyone!
