Modaco - topics with many pages

Dunno if this bugs NE1 else, but if a topic has say 10+ pages, it's a right pain in the Arse to navigate to the middle. For example I got to page 18 of Simon Dessers' topic full of ringtones, but can't be botherted to navigate back waiting for 1 page to download at a time.

Modaco Staff, is there any way you'd consider putting a drop-down scroll box or more page links (say, to the middle of the topic)? :)

Great suggestion... some sticky topics could use a spring clean too!!! i.e. getting rid of some non-useful posts, leaving just the relevent info.

I've always wanted to see 2 things:

1. A whole thread from top to bottom.

2. View only attachments - especially for Mr Dessers ringtone thread!

I know that Paul announced some changes to MoDaCo soon - maybe he can take some suggestions onboard.

ive been thinking of something like this recently, when you do a search or do a search for most recent posts etc, if there is more than one page in a thread it would be nice as well as having the page numbers (1,2,3..etc) that the last link would be "last post". So it not only takes you to the last page in the thread but all the way to the bottom of the page.

Ok, so it seems a lot of people have broadband. No need to rub it in..... :evil:

You still gotta navigate 1 page at a time tho...(I have broadband connection in uni)...and it's still frustrating.

One day (when I get a proper job, and stop doing degrees) I will be able to afford broadband too......and food..... :-({|=

You can always change the "START=" in the address bar
