Orange doesn't want your emails

Here is Orange's response to my suggestion email about their two outages this month ("Please put service announcements somewhere").

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for your email received today.

At the present time we are unable to deal with account specific email enquiries therefore please ring one of the numbers below as no email response will be sent.

Somehow, The Register is getting stories on these outages. Why can't we find out why our phones don't work? My last phone call took half an hour and the agent said "I know nothing".

I tried this but as your title suggests, orange don't want to know - even if they say they do...... they don't.

I continually replied to the emails and eventually got a specific person who replied. I expressed immense disatisfaction about their poor service and said that i want to terminate my contract. The next thing i received was a letter saying my contract will be terminated at the end of the twelve months. NO ATTEMT TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS AT ALL! :evil:

Or maybe, just maybe, that is the ONLY way to solve all our problems.
