Windows Media Player Being Strange

when i use windows media player to play a long video, about 40 to 120 mins, at random point it just starts saying buffering and then playing repeatedly for very short amounts of time. i wondered if anyone knew how to rectify this problem or could tell me what it is.

Possibly low memory on the phone.

Try using a "Task manager" type application to kill off other running programs before playing the movie.

When i am using BetaPlayer to watch films, it does stick on me sometimes - and i think that it relates to the phone searching for a network signal (as i watch when i am on the train).

im just watching a video on my phone now so ill update you if it skips. i closed all the programs apart from system ones using the sp task manager and then just started media player
