Ok I got it

Got the phone today , E100 ??, how can i tell.

Phone is great , i just need help on a few things.

1. I have the problem trying to connect to my pc via the cradle where activesync just keeps trying to connect ?????

2. When i try to sign into messenger after a minute i get "the service is not compatable with this version of the programme"

Can any of you techy guys with smartphone experience help me out ????

If I remember right this should get you going.

Download activesync from micsrosoft website HERE

Disable any active firewall.

Disconnect phone/USB form PC.

Install activesync

Connect phone/USB.

Did you connect the phone to the PC before installing activsync? If so there is a fix in the Articles section that may be of help to you.
