Yes, I do it with GSMliberty.com (but it's the same!). I gave my IMEI that *#06# gave me! And now everything is locked!

What you done wrong is that when you received the file i think you opened it and then save it -> file coruption!. So go back to email and just save attachement, and do again. If this is not the case, then check if imei readed by the unlock software = with the file name (filename is usualy the imei)

GSMliberty is a reseller for our services in USA and Canada.

I save the attachment and do not open the file! I don't think that the problem come from here... but from the phone. when i ask the IMEI with *#06# i become number, when i use e2003unlock i become ??????????????, and under the battery the EMEI is also different! I do not not wich i have to used and gace the *#06# to GMS Liberty. (by the way the support from they is catastrophical, they don't want help me!, and I am very furious avout!). Do you know what this SIMLock message means? Have I to go to Range to repair my phone and unlock it again or to do have another 'trick'? Thxs for your help!
