Smartphone configuration wizard: help!

Hey guys, just got my Smartphone today, tis lovely :)

I have installed Outlook 2002, and ActiveSync and it all works fine and dandy (woohoo!!) but when i come to install the Smartphone configuration wizard, i get a connection failed error message, see my picture here

Has anyone had this problem before? My phone is definatly connected as i can use ActiveSync to do everything, any help appriciated, ta :lol:
