Lost all my phone numbers, can any1 help me recover them pls

hi,

i lost all my phone numbers which were stored on my phone memory, not on my sim, the other night whilst doing an active sync, dont no what i done, i think i went into options & synced my contacts, is there any way i can check to see where they r and get them back??

Its a motorollo mpx 200 i have got..

Are they still in Outlook?

If so, they should sync back from there to the phone...

If your contacts are not in Outlook then there is no way to recover them.

Unfortunately it sounds as if you do not have your contacts stored with Outlook.

How do u store your memory in outlook, please step by step instructions!!

In Activsync click on Options then tick the Contacts box

then when the phone is connected to the pc your contacts will by copied from Outlook to the phone.
