Wierd problem sync contacts from outlook

ok iv read about 6 pages that came up when i searched but couldnt find a fix

im trying to get my contacts that i just finished entering into outlook onto my phone

iv got activesync 3.7 and outlook express 6

in the active sync options i see Calendar/Contacts/Task/Inbox

but the problem is i can only check/uncheck inbox

could anyone help

you need to use Outlook, not outlook express.. it's on the cd, and good news is you can export all contacts at once from outlook express to outlook!
