WAV Format for RingTones

whats the best compression and sampling rate for a ring tone... compromise between size and quality? and what programs do you prefer?? soundforge, cooledit?

Depende kasi yan sa complexity nung WAV mo dre. The more instruments, the higher Q-factor you'll need para malinaw ang separation ng instruments. Of course, this will result to a bigger file size. Expriment ka na lang, kasi minsan ang main instru tones lang ang importante pede compromise sa quality and size. :) HTH.
