Outside blinking led(8390)

I noticed that when the battery is low the led blinks red, just wondering if there is anyway to have the led blinking all the time or if it has different color like other phones the led blinks green when there is a signal and red when no service is found

just wondering if there is a way to have it blink all the time

i was thinking and there is prob a way to get it to blink...its windows anything is possible ..rite lol
