It has power going to it because when I switch on the phone it will go to the orange sunset screen but it wont go any further. I have managed to get into the canary screen as well but nothing after that. Please can any one help as this phone at the moment is useless as it wont even get to the home screen. Please if anyone has got any ideas on how to fix this problem please let me know. I was playing pacman at the time when this happened if this is any help to the ideas. ](*,)
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted May 23, 2004 Report Posted May 23, 2004 This problem can occur from time to time but it's not that common. What you need to do is a Hard Reset but remember doing this resets your phone to it's factory settings, so you will need to resync and install your apps again.
