Guest opbyrne Posted May 23, 2004 Report Posted May 23, 2004 Hi, I have searched for an answer to this but couldn't find one - sorry if its been asked already... Which folder do i put a jpeg i have transferred from my pc onto phone into so i can select it as the background image in the home screen settings page? I'm sure i have done it before but i can't do it now! Thanks Oli
Guest Disco Stu Posted May 23, 2004 Report Posted May 23, 2004 Paste them into IPSM (or Storage on the E200 variants)Application DataHome. Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest charlwillis Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 Can anyone also help me with this: When I select an image or a photo as my homepage, they appear small and in the bottom left hand corner of the homescreen. Is there anyway to resize them on the phone (or centre the image on the homescreen), or does anyone know what size the image should be to fill the homescreen? Thanks in advance!
Guest Disco Stu Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 For homescreens they need to be 176x200. You can use MultiMedia Album if you have it. Find the picture, then Menu, Save As.. There's also a program on this forum which will resize pix on the phone. I haven't used it but it will probably be in Software - Applications and is called PocketImageEditor0.1 Otherwise do a Google for a fantastic bit of freeware called Irfanview. This will edit, resize and do all sorts of other things to your images :)
Guest charlwillis Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 Wow - lots of information. Thank you!
