Re-install sound recorder + volume after removing X-bar??

I've been removing some of the progs that I hardly use on the phone to save space, everything fine except X-bar seems to be lurking somewhere, & it's still assigned to the side-keys (message says 'cannot find X-bar....'. Any way of getting the volume control & voice recorder back?

hmm, Try installing and then uninstalling it again after a reboot..may do

the trick :)

cheers, yes i've done that, can't see any xbar remnants anywhere, but it's still there... is there a reg edit to tell the phone to revert back to them keys?

have tried reinstalling xbar but it won't take it. am i right in thinking theres two versions of it about? if so i'm gonna try again. strange!

:roll: EDIT i think its the NODAEMON version hiding in there, as the 'normal' version goes installs & removes ok...
