Moving through Accounts/Folders

I may be thick!! but I cannot find a quick way to move from viewing the inbox of an account to another folder without doing

Menu> Account/Folders > Folders > then selecting the folder

I can move through the accounts by scrolling left of right and would have thought there would be an easy way to move through the folders.

Any help would be appreciated!
