i have a spv e200 the phone is locked not the sim any idears how to unlock device plz

Could you please explain a bit more about what you mean?

Is the phone asking for an unlock code when you start it up?

If so you need to enter the code that you put in the phone. If

you have forgotten the code then a Hard Rest will reset the

lock but will also wipe the phone and take it back to it's gfactory settings.
