Save contacts to SD Card

Is it possible to save the contacts to the SD card, I'm assuming it is and it's prolly just me being stupid - but I cant seem to find where they're kept on the phone :) My phone is being replaced tomorrow by orange and need to save em sumwhere, if i can find em!

Sync your phone with your PC for now to save the info, and when you snyc with your new phone all the info will be back where it needs to be.

Its the same if you switch phones again, just sync your phone and your contatcs calendar and stuff will be fine, thats if your Desktop doesnt go belly up so to speak :)
