External Display Problem

:? I uncovered a problem with the ability to display incoming telephone #'s or names on the external display. On my Motorola 200, (Flash 3.5 / 10 mg) I have synched 350 contact names from Lotus Notes. If I receive a call, the Call id will display on the internal screen immediately however unless it is alphabetically prior to the letter "P" it will not display on the outer display. This is also true for an inbound call that is not contained within my Contact listing. It would appear that it is unable to scan through the entire list of contacts within the 4 rings in order to tell me the infomation.

Any thoughts as to how to disable the review of contact listings and just display the original Caller ID? Any other modifications that I can make to correct this issue?

It's a well known bug with the phone. Check out the threads in the MPx200 specific forum for some resolutions.
