Guest thrillz21 Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 I customized my homescreen and everything wen well for a while... however recently I have a problem... On my toolbar up top the voice mail indicator is not going away. I know there have been many posts about that however I dont think that the issues that were brought up will help me. The reason I think that is because the little indicator that shows if there has been a missed call no longer shows up neither on my homescreen toolbar nor on my external display... how can I fix this?
Guest thrillz21 Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 By the way I tried to change my homescreen to a different one and I also tried to turn my phone on and off... but neither one worked...
Guest nickcornaglia Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 That may not be a problem with your homescreen. Sometimes it's a problem with the carrier not sending a signal saying the message has been listened to. I'm having the same problem with AT&T. Send yourself a voicemail. Wait for the notification. Retrieve it. It should go away.
Guest thrillz21 Posted May 27, 2004 Report Posted May 27, 2004 I am more concerned with why my missed calls icon is no longer in my tray as well as the fac that is it no longer showing up on my external display
