Bug: Unable to connect incoming calls

SYMPTOM:

About one in five of my incoming calls goes straight to voicemail without the handset ringing. I'm sure this isn't because of a weak signal. It often happens when the phone is right next to me on my desk. There's hardly any background noise - I can hear the phone ring easily - if it rings. But often the first thing I know about a call is when the message icon comes up on the home page.

Have you spoken to customer service about this problem?

It may be that there is a intermittant problem with your local area that is affecting your handset.

They may refer it to technical support, but in the long run it may get it sorted for you
