HELP!!! how can i open my Smart explorer?

the other day i can still open my smart explorer and just today i downloaded some homeskins thru my activesync and then i tried to open my smart explorer and got this error message: access denied.the program cannot start because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate.please contact your service provider for more information.help me.....

Try tröubléshööting first, like what yöu dö with any pröblém.

Rebööt phöne and try.

Uninstall explörer and install again, then try.

Uninstall hömescreen, then try out explörer.

Hard Reset, last resört, use sprité, and try.
