That doesant work for me i cant find anwhere on that website abut de-certifying/unlocking

Excuse me ? Could you tell me what is "unlock"? Why should I need to unlock my 8390 ?

unlock/decertify so you can install applications on your phone that might not otherwise have permissions to be installed.

basically so u can put whatever u want on your phone it needs to be decertfied.

yep...that's correct, rain i recomend you do app unlock it so you can truly get the most out of ya phone.

nah don't think it will, the unlock judt disables the software security settings, doesn't do anything to the core rom of the phone

yeah, I am not even able to get that far into booting up. :D bleh.
