BT/IR problems

I'm pretty new with Smartphones... Just got an SPVe200 yesterday and got some questions in regard to BT and IR. How is it possible to send files/pics via BT or IR?!? I tried to go thru every menu/button there is to find without any success. However, it is possible to recieve files/pics via BT and IR from another device... Now that's what bugging me Is my phone scrwed up?

Please help because I've really gotten to love this amazing phone Just a lil few quirks here and there...

where do i install it? i mean which location? start menu? my documents? pardon my ignorance.

if you downloaded the exe file run it from the pc.

If you downloaded the cab put it in

mobile device/e200/storage/windows/startmenu/accessories

(use windows explorer to find this folder)

then run the cab file from your phone - you will find it in the accessories folder in the menu
