SPV Classic...HELP!

Turned it off last night to charge it.

Turned it back on this morning and it's got stuck on the Orange Sunset screen. I think i had done the 1.6 update. Help me because I need a phone!

What do i do?

Its a UK phone erm 1.6 i think,what else do you need to know?

Im afraid i think a hard reset is needed.

Click on the words hard reset to learn how to do this. Unfortunatly this will wipe everything from your phone unless you have backed it up.

how long have you left it for?

if it has done a self reset it may take a while to boot

if not you may have to do a hard reset (this will reset your phone to an out of the box state)

You can use Sprite Backup to backup everything on your phone :)

Bit late in the day to backup your phone if you are stuck on the sunset screen though :)
