I just made a hard reset on my qtek 7070, and now Im trying to make the shortcuts in the start menu for the golf game Links.

But I can't find any program file in the Links folder to make a short cut of, do anyone know how to make a shortcut to Links?

Where is the Links folder you refer to ?

Did you install the game onto the phone or the storage card ?

Usually after a hard reset it's a good idea to reinstall the software anyway, so that might be the best solution for you. That way all the shortcuts and registry doodahs get sorted.

Is there no .exe file in the Links folder on your storage card ?

A hard reset shouldn't affect anything on the card. Possibly there is another Links folder and the one you're looking at only contains personal data re courses / players etc.

I still reckon you should reinstall it !

There is only one (links) folder on the storage card. The only file called Links is a dat-file. But no program files

After new installation, there is an shortcut in the startmenu, but when I check the storage card, there is no program file.

Using ActiveSync, browse to the shortcut icon, right-click, and it should tell you the path to the program file.

Is it in a folder named "JamDat" (the name of the game's developer) ?

I found the program file, the icon doesn't look like the rest of the program files, it looks like a ordinary file icon.

Thanks for your help!
