the volume control buttons dont work

kindly help me get the volume control buttons working again. In Media player, I can control the volume with the use of the control joystick, also the volume control screen is not showing up. pls let me know how to restore it...

Also the screen for the start up and shutdown process does not show up ?

what should i do to restore these, need your help

Have you uninstalled any homescreens that skin extra screens recently?

anyhow, run This CAB to return all the screens to normal and

get the volume working again :)
