Guest Brody Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 Living with ukpauls at Uni I have to say well done to Crystal Palace for making it to the Premiership via the play-offs! Unlucky West Ham, you did deserve a penalty but Palace are the form team! Now ukpauls will finally stop insulting me for being a Spurs fan when we get six points off them next season and Palace go down again! :) Ps. Isn't it great to see football's best looking man, Iain Dowie, back in the top flight! :lol:Dowie.jpg
Guest ukpauls Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 Come on Palace.... Dowie's red blue army!
Guest Vector Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 I think if you saw that face (can you call it that?) running after you, you would play well! anyway, i think they will go down, along with West Brom and Man City :)
Guest Pondrew Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 I wish them all the best, specially as they my local team, but history suggests they may go down. Still, voted with my heart, staying up!
Guest superkingdave Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 Congratulations Dowie and John Harbin- We taught them everything at Oldham and its good to see some old boys doing well. They need a hell of a lot of new players and even then it'll be a struggle, but if they survive maybe they can be challenging Man United in mid table in a few years :)
Guest Disco Stu Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 I feel sorry for Captain Janeway. West Ham were poor on the day but neither team looks capable of staying in the Premiership. Mind you if my team ~ Leeds ~ get anywhere near the playoffs next season I'll be over the moon ! Posted from my SmartPhone!

You will be lucky to stay in div 1 hehehe  United for the treble next season btw (with Alan Smith heheh) :)
Guest Disco Stu Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 Grrr...fume... I thought you lot hated him ?!? Sadly I agree that another relegation battle looms :) Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest refnulf Posted May 31, 2004 Report Posted May 31, 2004 They're going right back down you know, West Ham would have had a better chance at staying up :) Man Utd forever!!! and I'm not just saying that, I've been supporting em from a million miles away since 1988

Thanks Stu :) Was there and we were poor - half the team didn't turn up and the best side won. Mind you all this goodwill won't stop me voting Palarse coming straight back down
Guest Brody Posted June 1, 2004 Report Posted June 1, 2004 Hehe, well the buy of the summer has to go to ukpauls who got a Palace (and therefore Premiership) season ticket for £170! (Student fares :))
