spv e200 how do u get back to factory settings to remove security such as phone lock

Try a hard reset which should also clear the device lock :)

Note that phone will take longer to boot after a hard reset (several minutes). Also make sure your battery is not to low before the reset.

9. Press and hold the Action button (joystick middle button) for 2 seconds as instructed.

10. Press 8 to select 'Erase IPSM data'. done this on screen its just come uo with smart phone v1.03 doc in red green blue at bottom its say serial

That's the canary screen which means you have failed to get into the bootloader menu.

Only when you see 'Press any key to enter bootloader' do you press and hold the action key down. If you accidently press any other key or press the action key too early then you will get the canary screen. Some people find it easier with the SD card inserted.

Umm....X-(
