e100 my inbox when i get sms

Please help when i get a message come throw on my phone it dosent tell me who its from i.e the name only the telephone number but it starts with +44 even if i have the number in my contact list allready. dose any one know what i have to change cos i cant find anything in the menus..

If someone phones me it tells me the name then but not on texts?? :? :?

you have to save the contacts in the +44 format. this can be done in outlook using the an app called contact reformatter - see HERE
