From SPV E200 with simlock to Qtek 8080 without simlock

Dear all,

Is it possible to "flash"my E200 with Orange Simlock to a Qtek 8080 without a simlock?

If I had the Qtek software, is it possible to overwrite the Orange software?

Pls help, i now have a phone which i can`t use.
