Doh~! Broke External LCD display

No I didnt even drop it, the phone was in my pocket and it hit the side of a desk, not even hard if you ask me, took the phone outta pocket and the front lcd was cracked, the blue backlight works but the screen is cracked and leaking.

Now how do I get this fixed?

it wouldnt be so bad if the screen just went dead, but now i see 3 cracks in lcd and half of it is black, is there anyway i could just take it out or cover it up with silver plate?
